Former Chch Man Dead

(N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH, April 10.

The Registrar of the Supreme Court at Palmerston North, Mr O. T. Grattan, died suddenly this morning, after having been at work about an hour. He complained of not feeling well and was taken home.

Mr Grattan, who was 55, came to Palmerston North in January, 1966, from Christchurch. He joined the Justice Department in 1930 and had sinced served as the first Registrar of the Supreme Court at Napier, and as Registrar at Blenheim, Christchurch and Palmerston North. He is survived by his wife and two daughters.
