On the plough where most of the work took place, Supa and Jazz finished clear of Wilma Rudolph at the end of seven furlongs in Imin 53sec, the last three in 40sec. Synthetic and Grand Coeur took Imin 36sec for seven furlongs, the last three in 41 2-ssec. Synthetic should run well in the Te Wanaka and Grand Coeur is fairly forward to resume in the Kairanga High-weight. M. Dombroski will ride him.
