RED CROSS PARTY
Delay From Fighting (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 6. Two men in the van of a New Zealand Red Cross party bound for Vietnam have been delayed at Singapore by the increased fighting. It was not known when the men, Mr J. W. Talbot and Mr C. J. Bowden, would reach their destination at An Que, the assistant national secretary of the Red Cross, Mr C. B. Robson, said today. He said that, following the increased fighting, a request for more aid had been received from the Red Cross in Laos. This would be considered at a Red Cross meeting, next week. ,
