SYDNEY. The controversial decision by the New South Wales Rugby Union executive to play the match between New South Wales and the AM Blacks on a suburban field is to be reconsidered. The union’s executive will reconsider the date and venue of the match when it meets on Monday night. The match has been set down for North Sydney Oval on June 8. The union avoided using the Sports Ground, the normal venue for such a big game, because the Rugby League World Cup will be played that day at the Cricket Ground nearby.
