Farm Purchase
An 800-acre coastal farm in the Bay of Islands has been bought by an American shipyard owner for an undisclosed price. The new owner, Mr J. Bentzen, of San Francisco, arrived in New Zealand on Thursday of last week, was flown to see the farm on Friday, completed the purchase on Saturday.
