Youth Took Bigger Car
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Jan. 16. A youth said to have converted a small car, and later a larger one because the first was too small, was sentenced by Mr H. Risen, S.M., today, to Borstal training. Royce Murray Huggins, aged 18, a textile worker, had previously pleaded guilty on two charges. Counsel, Mr K Ryan, said Huggins had been “under th* supervision and control of an older offender.” Huggins was on probation.
