Extradition Bid
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Jan. 16. Detective Sergeant J. Sheehan has again left New Zealand for London to seek the extradition of Robert John Gardner, a company director, to face 35 charges of obtaining or attempting to obtain money by false pretences. The charges arise out of the investigation into the affairs of Leibrum and Hartnell (N.Z.), Ltd, in 1966. Gardner was arrested in London In September last year.
