BANGKOK, Dec. 27 A Thai Airways DC3 air craft carrying 31 persons, in eluding at least 12 Americans Clashed and burned on land iug today at Chengmai, 50< miles north of Bangkok. Officials said three persons were killed, including one ol the Americans. The othei two victims were the pilot anc co-pilot, they said. Several other passengers were reported seriously in jured. A Thai Government spokes man said the plane touched down in a ploughed field short of the runway and broke in two.
