India
Sir,—Referring to “J.A.P.’s” facetious letter on Thursday, there is no comparison between the two men. One has led 700,000,000 people to a better and more progressive way of life, and has the world-wide acclaim of thinking and intelligent people. The other has sold 2,500,000 people down the river and would likely prefer a reversal to the archaic system of landlords and serfdom. No doubt this letter will not be printed, as neither of my last two were, the three containing truths, obviously dangerous thoughts for the people.— Vaiitc pfc DISILLUSIONED KIWI. December 21, 1967.
