Ambulances’ Mileage
The St John Ambulance Association handled 4646 patients between October 1 and November 30, the secre-tary-treasurer (Mr G. A. Brown) said yesterday. Ambulances travelled 23,290 miles in the two months. Last month the ambulances travelled 11,275 miles to treat 2284 patients, compared with 12,707 miles in November, 1966, for the same number of patients.
