Jarvis May Miss Game

KYABRAM. T. W. Janis, one of the two opening batsmen in the New Zealand cricket team, may miss the next big match of the tour, against Queensland starting on Friday. Early in the game ■gainst Victoria Countryyesterday, Jarvis, fielding on the boundary, injured his right arm when trying for a run out.

His right elbow and bicep muscles were so sore that he did not field after lunch, nor bat in the New Zealand innings. He will be examined by a doctor today.
