Albert Warner Dies At 84 fN Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MIAMI BEACH (Florida), November 28. Major Albert Warner, one of the four Warner Brothers who started with a 100-seat cinema and founded a film dynisty, died on Sunday, aged 84. Mr Jack L. Warner is the only brother still alive of the four film-makers who began with a family theatre in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Major Warner had been a winter resident in Miami Beach since 1936. The four brothers pioneered talking films with Al Jolson's “Jazz Singer,” which caused a revolution in the film industry and sent the Warner Brothers’ fortunes rocketing.
