Turnover of the D.1.C., Ltd, Dunedin retailer, had been maintained for the first three months of the current year, but competition would be very keen, said the chairman (Mr H. C. Harford) at the annual meeting. Buying budgets were being most carefully watched, and caution was the watchword in regard to all items of expenditure.
