Two Hurt On Roads
The rider of a motor scooter, Adrienne McGrath, of 293 Waimairi Road, suffered head and leg injuries when • her scooter and a car collided at the corner of Fendalton Road and Clyde Road about 4.40 p.m. yesterday. She was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital, where her condition last night was described as satisfactory. A motor-cycliist, Mr Hans van Schootenof, 41 Kainga Road, suffered head and arm injuries when his motor-cycle and a car collided at the corner of Marshland Road and Prestons Road about 4.39 p.m. yesterday. He was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital, where his condition last night was reported as satisfactory.
