Applicants must hold a medical degree registrable in the State of Queensland. An appointment will be for one year in the first instance with the opportunity of applying for reappointment. The successful applicant will assist in gross dissection and microanatomical studies of beef cattle from the foetal stage through to, and including, the adult animal. Present studies are concerned mainly with musculature, but the successful applicant would be encouraged to develop his own interest within the field. Technical staff and equipment are available for both gross and microscopical studies, and opportunities are available to study for a higher degree. The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the Reader in Veterinary Anatomy. The salary will be within the range sAust33Bo-13 x 110— sAust4Blo per annum, and the appointment will be until June 30, 1968, in the first instance and will be subject to review at that time.
