Extradition Demanded
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) KINSHASA, Nov. 7. The Congolese President, Mr Joseph Mobutu, has demanded the extradition from neighbouring Rwanda of j rebel mercenary soldiers. He also told the Interna-j tional Red Cross that the total victory of his forces made void all previous plans for the peaceful evacuation of the mercenaries. The Foreign Minister, Mr Justin Bomboko, called in the American, Belgian and French Ambassadors and warned them against influencing Rwanda into allowing the white mercenaries to go free.
