Phone 856-407. 2757 THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 195 S MOUNT HERBERT COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE NO. 1 PUBLIC Notice is Hereby Given I that pursuant to a resolution of ; the Mount Herbert County Coun- : cil made on the twentieth day of October. 1967, a change to the operative district scheme has been - recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1953. The change relates to two parts of the code of ordinances which form part of the operative scheme. Item 1 amends the procedure relating to applications for conditional uses. These amendments will incorporate the changes made by the Town and Country Plan ning Amendment Act. 1966. Item 2 relates to the num ber of rear lots which may be permitted on one right of way. The proposed change has been deposited at the County Office, 188 Hereford Street. Christchurch, in accordance with section 30 (a) of the act and 16 there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above Office is open to the public. Objections to the proposed change shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the first schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations, 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the council not later than December 13, 1967. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
