ROAD PROPOSED TO BE CLOSED to ordinary vehicular traffic is that PORTION of the SUMMIT ROAD STARTING at the KIWI-SUMMIT ROAD CORNER and FINISHING approximately one half-mile TOWARDS SUGARLOAF. ; During the period of closure the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the road. CHRISTCHURCH-LYTTELTON ROAD TUNNEL AUTHORITY BY-LAW 1964 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting convened for the purpose and held on the 25th day of October, 1967, the ChristchurchLyttelton Road Tunnel Authority resolved to enact an amendment to the above By-Law to be known and to be cited as the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel Authority By-Law 1964, Amendment No. 3. The object or purport of the said amendment is to empower the Authority to determine whether the goods toll payable in terms of the By-Law in respect of certain goods shall be upon the basis of ton weight or ton measurement or a compromise between the same.
