ROAD PROPOSED TO BE CLOSED to ordinary vehicular traffic is that PORTION of the SUMMIT ROAD STARTING at the KIWI-SUMMIT ROAD CORNER and FINISHING approximately one half-mile TOWARDS SUGARLOAF. ; During the period of closure the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the road. Alternative provision for ordinary vehicular traffic: Flag marshalls in communication by telephone will halt competition to allow passage of traffic. An official entry form should be completed for each crop entered or re-entered for certification and in the case of first year entries sufficient insert slips to cover the total quantity of seed sown in each area are to be submitted. A cropping history extending over the previous three years is to be supplied on the application form in respect of each new entry. The furnishing of this Information is essential if the produce is to qualify tor O.E.C.D. standards. No fees are payable on entry but late entries, if accepted, will be subject to a fee of one dollar (31). 7135

CHRISTCHURCH-LYTTELTON ROAD TUNNEL AUTHORITY BY-LAW 1964 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting convened for the purpose and held on the 25th day of October, 1967, the ChristchurchLyttelton Road Tunnel Authority resolved to enact an amendment to the above By-Law to be known and to be cited as the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel Authority By-Law 1964, Amendment No. 3. The object or purport of the said amendment is to empower the Authority to determine whether the goods toll payable in terms of the By-Law in respect of certain goods shall be upon the basis of ton weight or ton measurement or a compromise between the same. FURTHER PUBLIC NOTICE IS GIVEN that the said Resolution will be submitted to a meeting of the Authority to be held at the offices of the Authority, Bridle Path Road, Heathcote, on Wednesday, the 29th day of November. 1967, at 2.13 p.m. for confirmation as a Special Order.
