Second Week Of Dispute
Most Christchurch hotel patrons entered the second week of 10 o’clock closing yesterday by vacating the bars as usual at 6.15 p.m., three-quarters of an hour before barmen stopped serving. A few made a token gesture in several hotels by buying jugs before 7 p.m., but most did not stay long.
