Further Rise In Lamb Prices (N.Z. Trett- Atsociation) WELLINGTON, Oct 13. Because of continued labour disputes on the London docks there were reduced pitching* of imported meats at Smithfield market this week, the Meat Board reports. Prices for most grades of New Zealand lamb again rose, with the main grade (prime, 29/361b) being quoted lid per lb higher at 26} to 27d per lb. Quotations for New Zealand lamb were:— Price Range There were light pitching* of New Zealand mutton.
