New Call On U.S.
. (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) WARSAW, Oct. 12. India and Poland yesterday called on the United States to halt its bombing of North Vietnam unconditionally as a necessary preliminary step towards a solution in Vietnam.
A joint communique issued after a three-day visit by the Indian Prime Minister, Mrs Indira Gandhi, said she and the Polish Prime Minister, Mr Jozef Cyrankiewicz, expressed “deep apprehension” in talks on the development of the Vietnam war.
