Helicopters Rescue 80
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) TOKYO, Sept 1. Helicopters yesterday rescued about 80 tourists stranded at an isolated village for three days in the wake of the torrential rains which battered the Japan Sea prefecture of Niigata and neighbouring areas earlier this week, police said.
