a (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) KUALA LUMPUR, Aug. 30. Diplomatic relations between Malaysia and Indonesia would be restored at midnight tonight, a Malaysian Foreign Office spokesman said today. An official announcement was to be made simultaneously in both capitals, he said. Kuala Lumpur severed relations in 1963, after Indonesia’s refusal to recognise the newly-formed state of Malaysia.
