> 11 Hurt In Collision 1 Four persons died as a re- ' suit of accidents on North Is- - land roads at the week-end, ■ according to the Press Association. A five-year-old girl died in ’ hospital in Hamilton on Sat--1 urday night after a two-car ' collision, involving 11 per--1 sons, near Ngaruawahia. She ' was x ' Ivy Michele Lynch, daughter of Mr and Mrs M. R. Lynch, of Te Kowhai. AU 11 persons in the cars were taken to hospital, where six remained yesterday, several in a serious condition. The girl, her parents and five other children were in one car. There were three occupants in the other vehicle. Two Hit By Cars A woman died in Middlemore Hospital yesterday after being struck by a car in Coronation road, Mangere, on Saturday night She was Mrs Katherine Mary McIntosh, aged 79, of 50 Coronation road. A man was killed when struck by a car at the intersection of Cuba and Ava streets, Petone, at 8.15 on Saturday night He was Richard Jones, aged 80, of Cuba street Petone. Man Killed A man was killed when his utility vehicle left the Annedale road, Tinui, 40 miles east of Masterton, and plunged down a bank, on Friday night He was Keith Patrick Olson, aged 37, of Tinui, married with two chUdren.
