N.Z. Representative New Tennis Nominee
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. A former New Zealand tennis representative, Mr E. D. White, has been nominated as a New ' Zealand tennis selector. Mr White will replace another former New Zealand representative, Mr A. S. Burns, as the Auckland nominee on the selection panel. Mr White’s nomination, with those of Messrs J. R. Bentley, of Wellington, and
J. Anderson, of Canterbury, for the three-man panel, was made at last night’s meeting of the management committee of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association. Mr Bentley was the convener of last season’s panel and Mr Anderson replaces Mr G. D. Lane as the Canterbury nominee.
The junior advisory committee has been renominated. It is Mrs D. Anderson, of Wellington, and Messrs J. Gilmour and R. V. Brown.
