LONDON, July 3.
A 70-year-old man was removed from Coventry’s Anglican Cathedral last night after shouting anti-Roman Catholic protests when the Pope’s British representative, Archbishop Hygin Cardinale, spoke from the pulpit The Archbishop, preaching as part of the cathedral’s "Vision of Europe Week”, was the first Papal delegate to speak in a non-Catholic cathedral in Britain since the Reformation.
The interjector said later: “I held holy orders for 39 years and I took part in Saturday’s Protestant march of protest through Coventry. “This service was a betrayal of the Reformation."
