Charge For Power
“We don’t want to make up all the losses Heathcote has had in the past,” Mr W. P. Glue said when the Christchurch - Lyttelton Road Tunnel Authority discussed the Heathcote County Council’s power charges. The cost of power to the county was £9 18s a K.V.A. a year, but the authority was being charged £l7 and a unit charge of .Bd, Mr Glue said.
