Lessees Of Horse (N.l. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH. Kathey’s Son’s win in the Mahora Handicap at Hastings last Saturday meant quick success for four Manawatu Racing Club stewards who leased the horse a few days before the event. They are Messrs W. O. Young, J. A. L. Bennett, F. N. Gibbons, and S. R. Nolan, who are interested also in Final Lady and Gold Suit All will race in the names of Messrs Young and Bennett.
Kathey’s Son, a three-year-old recently transferred to S. A. Brown’s Woodville stable, has been set aside for a spell after a rather busy season. Final Lady and Gold Suit will do their spring racing from 1. Medcalfe’s Takanini stable.
