Chichester Tribute
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) PLYMOUTH, June 1. Sir Francis Chichester was presented with a silver statuette of Sir Francis Drake last night at a reception in Plymouth. The presentation was made by the city’s Lord Mayor, Aiderman Frank Chapman. The Lord Mayor told the veteran mariner that Plymouth hoped to have a permanent tribute to him “in the not too distant future.”
