Relaxes the family
The ’hottest- new home improvement idea of the 60s is the sauna providing bathing tn circulating air at high temperatnres. says the Long Island Press, to its issue of September 18. 1988 Saunas are enjoyed by .the entire family assisting in weight reduction and complexion improving. And in tbe wonderful world of sauna, homeowners and their families are helped to relax completely, forgetting the pressures of everyday life. Because the humidity is low, there Is surprisingly little sensation of heat and none of the discomfort experienced to a steam bath. Perspiration to copious, and the body to cleansed far more thoroughly than by ordinary map and water bathing. After 19 or 15 minutes In the sauna, a shower brings a feeling of refreshment and pleasure beyond description.
