Tranquiliser
From the United States magazine “Life and Health” of July 1964, the following passage has been extracted to indicate the enthusiasm with which sauna is being accepted:
*A new type of tranquiliser is sweeping the country—it Is called sauna! It is not a pill nor a potion ... it is an old Finnish custom that works like a charm. It is guaranteed never to give yon a hangover, make yon fed sluggish or require a cup of coffee to counteract it.
