Field Service Scholars
Twelve Canterbury secondary school students, aged 1618, have been accepted for Field Service scholarships to the United States in August.
Nine of the 12 chosen are girls. Those selected are.—Jonathan Bennett (Timaru Boys’ High School), Margaret Corliss (Sacred Heart Girls’ College), Pamela Horniblow (Avonslde Girls* High School), Faye Lester (Rang! Ruru School), Kaye Malthug (Pleasant Point District High School), Bronwen Morris (St. Margaret’s College), Maryeve McKenzie (Timaru Girls’ High School), Edmund Newman (Timaru Boys’ High School), Linda Robert (Bumside High School), Maureen Thompson (Sacred Heart College), Alan Wood (Geraldine High School), Elizabeth Young (Christchurch Girls’ High School).
