At the request of the Minister of Overseas Trade, the Tariff and Development Board proposes to inquire into and report on the question of whether the goods listed in Paragraph 2 hereunder should be added to Schedule A of toe New Zealand-Australia Free Trade Agreement 2. In considering this matter the Board will have regard to all relevant provisions of the New Zealand-Australia Free Trade Agreement It will take full account of the advantages and disadvantages to New Zealand industry concerned and to New Zealand as a whole of including the items in Schedule A. 4. For the purpose of taking evidence on this subject the Board will hold a Public Inquiry commencing on Monday, July 17, 1967, at 10.30 a Jn, in the Board Room, First Floor, N.Z. Law Society Building, 26 Waring Taylor Street Wellington. 5. Any person who intends to tender evidence will, on notifying the undermined to that effect be supplied with a form indicating the nature of the information which should be submitted in support of representations. 6. Twelve copies of a typewritten statement of the evidence to be tendered, compiled in accordance with the form and supported by any additional information, should be lodged with the undernamed not later than Monday, July 10,1967. Each statement will need to be presented under osth at the Public Inquiry by the jmrson-tendering it 7.
