Ban On U.K. Deplored (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MOSCOW, May 26. The British Foreign Secretary, Mr George Brown, urged yesterday that ordinary Russians should be allowed by their Government to read all British newspapers. The Soviet Union bars British newspapers from normal sale except the Communist daily, the “Morning Star.” “One of the most foolish things is that Moscow people, Russian people, should believe that what is printed in the Morning Star’ represents what is thought in British newspaper circles or being thought by British newspaper readers," he said.
