Passed In At £1650
A weatherboard bungalow at 39 Marriotts road, north New Brighton, was passed in at £1650 at public auction yesterday. The auction was held on account of the estate of Mrs D. K. McKenzie, by Smiths City Market, Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr R. A. C, Smith. The house has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen; and bathroom. There are also a garage and shed on the I section of 24 perches.
