WALL PLAQUE AT LYNDHURST.—The chairman of the North Canterbury Hospital Board (Dr. L. C. L. Averill) by the plaque he unveiled yesterday at Lyndhurst home for the aged. It commemorates the transfer of the residents from Teresa Green Home on April 13 this year. Others in the picture are the chairman of the Christchurch Subsidiary Committee (Miss B. F.
