WOMEN AS MINISTERS
Presbyteries To Consider (N.Z.P A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, May 24. Women may be admitted to the ministry of the Church of Scotland next year. If a majority of Presbyteries vote for their admission, the matter will come before next year’s assembly for a final decision. The assembly yesterday approved—by 397 votes to 268—a resolution that the question be sent down to Presbyteries.
