Detainees To Be Released
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Coppriphti ATHENS, May 24. Greece’s Interior Minister said on Monday that between 3500 and 4000 of about 5000 political detainees, held in the barren Aegean island of Yaros since the coup, will be released In the next 10 days. The Minister, BrigadierGeneral Stylianos Patakos, said that three security committees had been screening the detainees since shortly after the Army took power in Greece on April 21.
New Cotton Industry—An Americsn company, Auscott Pty, Ltd., is planning a $2 million cotton industry on 10,000 acres near Warren, western New South Wales.
