FOUR WOMEN INJURED

Four women were injured when two cars collided at the comer of Hardy street and Owles terrace yesterday afternoon.

Laura Mary Wise, of 25 Mountbatten road, suffered head and leg injuries, and Lyn Stace, of 741 Gloucester street had head injuries. They were admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital. Eleanor Holland, of 40 Jervois street, suffered leg injuries and Catherine Scott, of 25 Mountbatten street, head injuries. They were treated at the Christchurch Hospital. Two persons were admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital after a car rolled over at the comer of the West Coast and Halkett roads last evening. They are lan McPherson Shaw, of 33 Colombo street, head and leg injuries, and Allan Stuart Morgan, of 473 Innes road, head injuries. Wayne Jones, of 54 Hargood street, was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital with head injuries after he fell from a car in Ferry road, near Rutherford street, on Saturday afternoon. Anthony King, of 356 Lincoln road, suffered facial, arm and leg injuries when he fell from a motor-scooter in Brockworth place about 2.45 p.m. on Saturday. He was admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital.
