<<EW PLYMOUTH. April 16. Mountain and bush search ■nd rescue incidents last year averaged one a day and cost £362 for each person brought out. Chief Inspector L. D. Bridge, head of New Zealand’s Search and Rescue Organisation, said yesterday.
