No Come-back Bids
From May 1 the customary come-back bids are to be eliminated at all stock auctions held under the auspices of the North Canterbury Stock and Station Agents’ Association. This was announced this week by the secretary of the association, Mr M. C. Tipping. This will, of course, apply to trading at Addington, and will mean that the final price is that actually bid by the buyer.
