But It isn’t as simple as It sounds, No, Sir, by no Means! There is More than meets the Eye, here, In the Gloom behind the Scenes.

You can’t just HAVE a Referendum, Short, conclusive, clear, Which or how many Hours of the Day The Bars can sell their Beer.

If you don’t know what the Question Is, What can the Answer be? The Minister gropes for “suitable words”! Who knows Them, if not he?

What’s wrong with having TWO Referendums? Leave no Room for Doubt, The First to decide what the Second Is really, properly ABOUT!

Make it an Examination Paper, Or compulsory Quiz, Put the Question squarely to the Public, To say what the Question is.
