Scaffolding Stolen
The theft of scaffolding valued at £7B 19s lOd yesterday has been reported to the police. Oysters valued at £1 were stolen from the Mic and Mac Fish Supply, Epsom road, on Tuesday night after the premises had been broken into. The Racecourse Dairy, the West End Salon, and Barrie’s Butchery, all in Epsom road, were also reported as being broken into on Tuesday night, but nothing was taken. Cash amounting to £25 10s was taken from Happers Garage, Dunsandel, when the premises were broken into on Tuesday night.
A car radio valued at £45 10s was stolen from a car parked in Avonside drive on Tuesday, and a transmitter radio valued at £l5 was taken from a car yesterday while it was parked in the drive of a house in Leverett place. Goods valued at 5s have been stolen from the players’ pavilion at the Christchurch Technical College.
