You Will Need: 1 baked flan shell 3 small sponge cakes or equivalent in trifle sponge or stale Madeira cake i pint hot custard 4 bananas Dessicated coconut Apricot jam

Method: Spread a little jam over the base of the flan shell and cover with crumbled cake, half of the hot custard and 2 bananas sliced.
