McVicar Takes Jumping Cup
HAMILTON. R. McVicar (Auckland) was the outstanding competitor at the New Zealand Horse Society’s jumping show at Claudelands on Saturday, He won the Wills Cup with an outstanding display of jumping. The event was conducted by the Waikato area of the society. McVicar finished second in the six-bar A and C. grade jumping championship. He also won the puissance for A grade horses and was second in the champion jumping event, A grade, table A.
