Suspended For Rhyme
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) PHILADELPHIA, April 9. A schoolteacher who recited the children’s rhyme “Eeenie Meenie, Minie, Moe, Catch a Nigger by the Toe,” in front of a largely-Negro class was suspended on Friday without pay for three days and transferred to another school.
