Two Die In Collision
(From Our Own Reporter, GREYMOUTH, March 31. Two persons were killed in a head-on collision at Maimai, seven miles on the Greymouth side of Reefton, at 1.45 this afternoon. They were Cyril Lenin Fisher, of 59 Marsden road, Greymouth, an oil company representative; and Martha Bradford Johnson, married, of Rutherglen road, Paroa. Mr Fisher’s car had to be taken to a Reefton garage so that his body could be removed. Mrs Johnson was a passenger in a car driven by her husband, Eric John Johnson, and died on the way to the Inangahua Hospital. Mr Johnsoq is in the Inangahua Hospital with serious injuries.
