Pigeon Table Shows
Fifty-eight entries were received tor the United Pigeon Fancies’ Club table showe held over two days this month. Judges commented on the good condition of blrde in the senior section, and said that some birds in the junior section required more pen training. Results were:— Junior. C.L.L.F. tumblers: Gilligan Bros. 1 and 2. Performers: M. Burke 1,2 and 3. Boilers: P. Cosgrove 1, B. Hall 2 and 3. Modenas: S. Boswell 1 and 2, M. Burke 3. Fantails: M. Boswell 1,2 and 3. Pouting breeds: M. Boswell 1 and silver spoon for best junior, C. Dale 2 and 3. A.O.V. fancy pigeon: P. Adamson 1,2 and Senior.—Black self tumbler: G. L. Clark 1 and 2 and silver spoon ‘ for best self. Bed self tumbler: J. R. Nancarrow 1,2 and 1. White self tumbler: G. L. Clark 1, J. R. Nancarrow 2. Blue barred or chequered: G. L. Clark 1 and 2. Gilligan Bros. 3. A.O.C. bar: G. L. Clark 1, 2 and 1 and silver spoon for best tumber other than self. Black baldheads: G. Gough 1, B. Smillie 2 and 3, A.O.C. baldheads: G. Gough 1 and 2.
