SYDNEY, March 31.

Losses of A. G. Healing, Ltd,, electrical appliances and heavy engineering group, had been substantially curtailed in the December half-year, directors report.

nounced that the shareholding had been sold to other members of General Television Corporation for cash. The holding comprised 188,169 shares of 2 dollars, representing an 18.8 per cent interest in GTV. Drug Houses Aust. Drug Houses of Australia, Ltd., (D.H.A.) will set up a factory in Malaysia shortly, the D.H.A. local agents in Kuala Lumpur announced. The company, which produces medicines, scientific and veterinary equipment and stock-foods, already has a plant in Singapore and substantial export sales in Malaysia. The company is negotiating to obtain a factory site on an industrial estate outside Kuala Lumpur, but the date of construction as well as the overall cost of the project have not yet been announced.
