Pick For Hawera "The Press” Special Service HAWERA. The speedy Wellington filly, Golden Sands, looks a fine prospect for the Eltham Pace, the first leg of the T.A.B. double, on the final day of the Hawera Trotting Club’s meeting today. She was fourth on the first day on Saturday when having her first race for more than two months. Black Tryax, a fast-finishing fourth yesterday, is fancied for the second leg, the Farewell Free-for-All. The weather is expected to be fine and the track should be fast.
